Online programming is offered to those who are unable to physically train at our facility but still want to take advantage of our expertise.
MEET DAY COACHING:
Attempt selection/submission, loading weights during warmups, managing time between attempts, and real-time feedback and adjustments are all elements that are addressed. This enables you as the lifter to do what you came to do which is to PERFORM.
